Royal Mail or Hermes (both tracked) will be used for ALL UK deliveries.

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 7 days to create.

Delivery times

Unless you’re having a product specially made, despatch will normally be within 7 working days.

We will email you to advise when we aim to dispatch your product(s) once your order has been received and payment made.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens we will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you.

UK delivery of non-standard products

A non-standard product is something that is considered to be fragile, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply.

International delivery

International delivery is available on many products. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product and is available on request.
