Can I cancel my order?

You have 2 days to notify DottyLaine Designs if you want to cancel your order.  Simply contact DottyLaine Designs at elaine@dottylainedesigns.com to let us know that you wish to cancel your order and a full refund will be given.

Can I cancel a Personalised order?

Personalised orders cannot be resold due to a bespoke element.  The cancellation policy stated above also applies to Personalised orders.

A sample of your personalised print will be emailed to you for your final approval before postage of your finished piece.

Can I get a refund?

All our prints are made to order, so therefore we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.  You can follow the cancellation policy as detailed above.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

All our prints are securely packaged to prevent such occurrences.  However, in the unlikely event, please contact DottyLaine Designs on elaine@dottylainedesigns.com within 24hours to inform us of the damage or fault.

Further instructions will be given at the time of notifying us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information (including your name and address) you upload to the Site, is correct and accurate. Ensure that you check all information before completing a purchase.

No order will be accepted until full payment is made through the sites.

PAYMENT METHOD

The only option for payment at this time is via PayPal – Payment should be made via PayPal to elaine@dottylainedesigns.com

You can pay by credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We will refuse to process a transaction if full payment is not received in advance of the order.

DELIVERY

Please refer to the Delivery page for costs and details.  All delivery costs will be visible on the final checkout page.

IMPORT REGULATIONS AND DUTY

If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
